It’s not always just about cookies. Even I can get a little tired of cookies from time to time. That’s how I ended up turning some of my favorite recipes into new and fun desserts that are just as fun to make as they are to eat!
‘Shmallow Pie
This confectionary delight is for chocolate and marshmallow lovers. It’s a brownie base topped with melted and lightly toasted marshmallows, generously drizzled with chocolate ganache. Sliced and packaged in a tray. (You don’t want to have to cut this deliciously sticky treat.) Comfortably serves up to 10, but I can work with you on serving sizes in most cases.

Sold by the pie: $27/each
Can be frozen.
Cream Cheese Smoothies
A delicious blend of cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter, kneaded until the melt-in-your-mouth stage. These were an absolute hit at the 2024 Ten Sleep Parade of Lights! Flavor options: Vanilla, strawberry, peppermint, and lemon.
Sold by the pound: $ 12/lb
One color and one flavor per pound.
Can be frozen for future cravings.
Chocolatey Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies “5Cs”
This mouth-watering dessert is a cookie sandwich made with two chocolate sugar cookies, two (count ’em TWO) layers of freshly-whipped cream cheese frosting, and a generous dollop of safe-to-eat chocolate chip cookie dough, then half-dipped in chocolate ganache.
Sold by the dozen: $30
Can be frozen.
Yin and Yang Sandwich Cookies
When you just can’t decide if you want a vanilla or a chocolate cookie, these sandwich cookies cover both. With a generous slathering of homemade cream cheese frosting nestled between one vanilla and one chocolate cookie, you won’t have to choose!
Sold by the dozen: $25
Half-dipped in ganache: add $2/dozen.
Can be frozen.
